The platform handles a lot of the operational details automatically — collecting waivers, sending follow-ups, highlighting incomplete bookings, and generating a clear register for each session so we know exactly who is attending. What really stands out is the support. The Sailia team are incredibly responsive and helpful. Support requests are usually answered almost immediately, and on a few occasions they’ve even implemented small feature improvements overnight to help solve issues for us. > > **Cons**: Some parts of the user interface aren’t always intuitive at first, so there can be a small learning curve when setting things up. The payment processing fees are also a little higher than some alternatives, but given the range of features and the quality of support, we’ve found it worth it. > > Overall our experience with Sailia has been extremely positive. The team are very easy to get hold of and respond quickly, and when you suggest improvements they actually get acted on.
