It has also decreased the amount of time it takes to create complex quotes, and I'm finding more and more time in my day to work on other tasks. > > **Cons**: There are some limitations of the software as it is and certain functions that seem like they should be part of the system but are considered custom developments and cost extra. The Piro team is very solution-oriented and can do the custom developments you need, and we were able to find work-arounds to most of our issues, but keep this in mind. I also wish there was a Piro app for our timekeepers to use as the functionality on a tablet is not the best. > > Our project manager from Piro was wonderful to work with. Getting Piro set up with all of our data was a big undertaking, but she walked me through it and we're now ironing out the final kinks to make everything run smoothly. I've already recouped a lot of my time using Piro, as have our other employees that rely on the system. She was extremely organized and would follow through on deadlines, providing answers to questions she needed to research, and was always very punctual with meetings. We now have the ability to internally track where exactly our orders are as well as have the functionality to provide our clients with automated email updates on the progress of their order which greatly improves the customer experience\! They were able to custom code some very specific functions for us that made using Piro Fusion much easier and faster on our end.
