Patience and considerate are words that I think of when I think about QBOX Customer Support. QBOX is easy to use mainly because it is intuitive and is aligned with File Explorer layout. When you are using Quickbooks Desktop with several users and you don't want to run back and forth with thumb drives and "goofed" up restorations etc. USE QBOX -- you will not regret it\! > > **Cons**: I have nothing to say here.
