> **Cons**: The experience of using the software when it's working is great.  Unfortunately I've had problems with the software launching since I bought it.  Error messages that  my serial number has expired or that I have an invalid copy.  I've had to re-enter serial number each time I open the software.  Now it won't work at all.  I've contacted customer support a few times.  They have stopped responding.  At this point the software is worthless.  If it would load it would be fantastic.
