The team at Circuit is extremely helpful and professional, providing a well-structured launch timeline and regular meetings to keep on track. The team provided training in how to use CMS, which was very comprehensive and afterwards I felt comfortable navigating all aspects of virtual tour building. The CMS is very user-friendly and intuitive to use, and any questions I do have are answered easily by their Help Centre or directly by the team. We also arranged for new photography through Circuit, and the photographer was extremely professional and efficient. Turns out, I didn’t need to be\! Circuit is INCREDIBLY user-friendly and straight forward. But what I like most about Circuit is the team you will be working with\! Their customer service leads are accommodating, personal, and a big help in moving the project forward. It's not often you work with a product and get to work closely with the founder and CEO. Their team was willing to work as fast or slow as we were when it came to launching the product. And our lead was always available for quick 10-minute calls if we had questions. I encourage you to consult with Circuit - you will be surprised at all the unique features that can help you cater to your virtual experience (adding videos, adding audio, featuring call's to action, pop-ups, contact card forms for students to complete, adding land acknowledgements, etc.) I can see how Circuit could easily be adaptable to real estate, automotive industry, tourism resorts or conference/event spaces, etc. and we are proud to support this Canadian company\! > > **Cons**: It is difficult to pin point something that we disliked about Circuit as a platform, and the Circuit support team.
