> **Pros**: It’s very straight forward, easy and intuitive. The interface is clean and intuitive and it does exactly what you need. And also it’s good that it points exactly what you miss (the attached document, un filed cell) which minimise mistakes and not fool information being submitted

> **Cons**: The only downside that I can recall is handling unique business nuances. For instance, my team had a specific Cash Revenue journal that others didn’t use, which required building a custom block. A more intuitive way to handle non-standard accounting entries would be more helpful

> Month-end-Close calendar for tracking closing tasks (helps employees and Team Leaders track the progress and also eliminates forgetting something. Also helps to understand if there were any delays for future analysis and improving workflow). Creating and uploading journals into SAP (helps to store all the data in one place, also shows who created and who approved journal which helps during Audits)
