> **Pros**: Have been Stockeasy for years and respite being a Mac household, come back to it as software with best features, affordability and service.

> **Cons**: It isn’t available on Macs\!\! Dividend reinvestment imperfect when small holdings and dividend too small to be a share purchase - could do with a carry over balance option.

### "Stockmarket Plus proclaims they are the best sharemarket software in Australia.  Totally incorrect.  I now use ShareSight and wished I did years ago" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Reasonable product, but not in the same post code as ShareSight for investing or trading shares in Australia

> **Cons**: As a user and subscriber for 15 years, I was horrified at the terrible support when I had an issue and the way I was dealt with by the support team and their lack of professionalism.  E.g. they wanted $165 to uncorrupt my file (which was corrupted by their SW on an annual subscription), then when I pushed back, quoted the value of my portfolio and claimed what they were asking for was a small cost based on my holdings (which were confidential and only visible because they uncorrupted my file and then proceeded to review my holdings without my consent).  I voted with my feet and went straight to ShareSight, cheaper product, with loads more features.

> Horrible.  Treated like I was of no value to their business.  Support was appalling when I really needed them and first opportunity they got, wanted more money or "you won't get your file back uncorrupted"
