No worries, we try software all the time, we'll just cancel it and move on with the lesson learned. Nope. There's no 30-day out. You're stuck paying for a full YEAR, and in our case that's around $5k. For nothing. > > The sales process was nice and a lot of promises were made and then when the contract was signed and 'setup' was completed, nothing. It doesn't work and is effectively worthless. Like, poke it with a stick and nothing. Zero help. Zero support. This wouldn't be so awful if we could just part ways but you can't. You have to sit with a year contract for nothing. No product. No support. No service. Most people don't care and sign up for this so they can tell their boss they bought a reputation management platform.
