Having the competition module connected to other functions is especially useful for getting eyes on a center's offerings and "gamifying" engagement throughout the year. We are looking forward to utilizing other functions such as jobs, applications, projects, etc. in the future. > > **Cons**: The communication features such as messaging, coach goal setting, notes from coaching meetings, etc. are not well integrated with other functions and require considerable navigation effort to access. User interfaces have been significantly improved, but there is still room for improvement to make navigation better for users and admins. > > The platform has been improving steadily and I'm optimistic that this will continue.
