Once my computer hard drive got too full, I was able to offload and store the files I no longer access or don't access often to the Dropbox website cloud. This way, these lesser-opened files are still in a place I trust but off my computer. Having a backup of my important writing and business files is essential to my peace of mind, and having a place to store files off my hard drive helps my computer to function more efficiently.
