> **Pros**: I loved that this is a windows based program and can be customized to each user.   Each Physician can choose how they want there dashboard to look.   We have been using this product since 2012 and it hasn't changed much.  EMR is very user friendly.  PM side is challenging especially if you have to move money from one account to another.

> **Cons**: I would say the cons we have come across are MIPS filing and the dragon.  When using the dragon it does not have good voice recognition which can be frustrating to the Physicians.  The MIPS filing for quality measures are very limited and most are not for a "Neurosurgical Practice".  We have had to pay for a registry in order to keep compliant.
