Within the first few days I was reviewing a contract where the customer had included "liquidated damages" and "time is of the essence" terms. Cloud Contracts 365 picked these items out and highlighted the risks. This enabled me to speak to the contracts team at the customer, and have an educated conversation about these items. This resulted in a clearer contract being returned, which I was able to sign with confidence.
