This is the only tool that makes it super easy to send automated reminders and keep track of my client's to-dos. The magic automations that link one task to the next are also really nifty.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately there are still a few kinks I'll find here and there, such as tasks marked "done" showing back up as active, or having to click twice to assign a person to a task - but I also understand that it's a relatively new product. I also feel that for a tool as simple as this, the price should be cheaper and/or have more of the features included in the lower tier.
