StringeeX helps us collect all customer support request from various channel (Hotline, Video Call, Live-chat, social, email) and manage them from one place with omni-channel tickets. Our agents always have a complete view of their customer and support quickly no matter what channel customer chooses to contact us. 
Especially, StringeeX is available on website and mobile app (both iOS and Android), agents can use at any time.
