> **Cons**: The pricing is a scam.  The processing time on 30 videos is instantaneous, then it moves to 5-6 hours (which is completely unusable).   They then ask you for more money to speed up the processing time.

> **Pros**: It is highly customizable.  You can use your own avatars, create avatars from photos, etc.  I also like the mouth movement.  The movement on some other avatars is very unnatural.  HeyGen scores high on the naturalness of the movement, but can always improve.

> **Cons**: The voices are limited, but you can easily import voices from 3d party clients.
> 
> If you are using your own photo with a background, the AI may interpret the background as the avatar, and it will move along with the avatar.  Can likely be fixed in photoshop, but that adds more time.  Just be aware.  There's also a bit of a learning curve with the software, but that's always the case.  Minimal learning curve if you have some experience with AI video generation software. I played around with other vendors before settling on HeyGen.
