> **Pros**: As a fairly small organisation, we find Open CRM easy to use with a handful of users. The support team are excellent when we run into any difficulties and is quick to help. I have used a range of CRMs in the past at previous organisations, some 4x the price of Open CRM but I haven't found them to be as effective or user friendly as Open CRM.

> **Cons**: The reporting is a bit confusing and could do with being made simipliar.

The support ticket system is invaluable to us and allows our customers to raise any issues that are then recorded in OpenCRM and our team can deal with them accordingly.
