L'équipe est extrêmement réactive, disponible, à l'écoute et toujours aux petits soins. Contrairement à beaucoup de solutions où l'on se retrouve face à des réponses automatisées, chez Lobstr, on échange avec de vrais humains qui prennent le temps de comprendre nos besoins et de trouver des solutions concrètes.

Ce qui m'a particulièrement marqué, c'est leur capacité à aller au-delà du simple support technique : ils ont même accepté de faire évoluer leur système pour l'adapter à mes besoins spécifiques \!

C'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. On ressent une véritable volonté de satisfaire leurs clients et d'améliorer continuellement leur produit.

Le logiciel est performant, mais c'est surtout l'équipe derrière qui fait toute la différence \!

L'équipe ne laisse jamais ses clients seuls face à une difficulté. Elle est réactive, cherche des solutions et reste ouverte aux suggestions d'amélioration. 

À ce jour, je n'ai donc pas de véritable point négatif à souligner concernant mon expérience avec Lobstr.

Mon expérience est excellente, aussi bien sur le plan technique que sur le plan humain.

Lobstr nous permet de gagner un temps précieux grâce à ses outils d'automatisation. Mais ce qui me donne particulièrement envie de recommander cette entreprise, c'est la relation que l'on peut avoir avec son équipe.

À plusieurs reprises, j'ai eu l'occasion d'échanger avec leur support pour expliquer mes problématiques et mes besoins. J'ai toujours trouvé des interlocuteurs accessibles, compétents et véritablement investis dans la recherche de solutions.

Le meilleur exemple reste une évolution de leur système permettant de limiter les messages envoyés plusieurs fois à un même vendeur. Cette amélioration répondait directement à une problématique que j'avais remontée.

C'est extrêmement appréciable de constater qu'une entreprise ne se contente pas de commercialiser un logiciel, mais prend réellement en considération les retours de ses utilisateurs pour faire évoluer son produit.

Pour moi, Lobstr est bien plus qu'un simple outil : c'est une solution portée par une équipe sérieuse, humaine et engagée.

Je recommande sans hésitation \!
