We need to be able to pull out a lot more information and break up the bookings. show how many were booked online by a customer, how many we put in and how many are just blocked days due to bank holidays or private bookings. I need to know how many customers we have and band size they are in. Most people do not register their account, well tell them, send request but they ignore it, this is frustrating as we'd have more info if they would fill it in. It's cut down cancellations as people are booking knowing they will turn up and we have the money upfront too.
