> **Pros**: En primer lugar: el servicio al cliente es más que impecable. Todos son amables, conocedores, informativos y proactivos. El personal de Karbook escucha a sus clientes y dice que están mejorando constantemente su software para adaptarse a toda su base de clientes. Son el tipo de negocio que no solo lee lo que hay en el cuadro de sugerencias del cliente, sino que realmente implementa las sugerencias. 

El software: simple, en el sentido de que es muy fácil de usar. Los 3 niveles diferentes hacen que sea más fácil para los negocios más pequeños tener una plataforma confiable para comenzar. También proporciona a los centros de servicio de gran volumen las herramientas necesarias para trabajar de la manera más eficiente posible y aumentar la productividad. Muchos programas o softwares para talleres automotrices están llenos de pestañas, menús desplegables, páginas, gráficos tontos, etc., lo que resulta en una pantalla desordenada y confusa, especialmente para el aprendiz. En pocas palabras, mi sobrino de 13 años puede usar el software Karbook con facilidad sin errores.

> **Cons**: No es realmente un contra: ocasionalmente me encuentro con algo, como por ejemplo no tener la opción de seleccionar AWD en la descripción del vehículo. Sin embargo siempre están abiertos a escuchar sugerencias, y encuentran una funcionalidad que agrega valor a todos los usuarios, en un corto período de tiempo implementan nuevas características. Como dije antes, Karbook lee las sugerencias e implementa lo que tiene sentido.
