> **Pros**: Billiyo had made my life so much easier, it's easy to use, efficient for our staffs, they all love the software. I can literally take my work anywhere instead of having to always gain access to my computer at work. They continue to add more features to make the system easier to use, they make sure they are in compliance with the state. They care about your business and wants to see you succeed\!\! They check in on you if they haven't heard from you in a couple weeks, which I love\! They are not afraid to take suggestions or negative feedback because their only goal is make their customers happy\! I love the team in Billiyo, fast responsive and professional\! They give you a designated person to work with which I love about. Even if he/she wasn't available for you, they have other staff member that picks up and try their best to answer your question. When answering your question they always give you a reason behind it so that way you understand.  They also have a help center that you can always refer too.

> **Cons**: The only con about billiyo is, it will be nice if everything we add in was on one tab instead of having to go to multiple different tabs to enter/add in information, theirs glitches here and there when entering schedule and the time is military time but other than that Billiyo does a great job at keeping up with the system to make sure it runs smoothly for you.

At first I was really skeptical about it because we've dealt with a system over years and they haven't done anything for us but drain our account. I decided to give Billiyo a demo try but at the same time I was also comparing other software. I wanted one that will be easy to use, caters more to Minnesota rules and regulations and knows what they are doing. After demo with the other software I felt Billyo has a good system set up despite of the cons which doesn't bother me. My first initial thought when going through the demo with Billiyo was there's so many tabs and it was confusing but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\[ and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] explain the reason behind all the tabs which made sense and turns out I had use for majority of the tabs that I didn't think of using before, that is why I said Billiyo had made my life more organized\!
