> **Pros**: So easy to set up. In less than 10 minutes I had a community set up with a dedicated landing page, events, resources and even a WhatsApp group all connected\! It also has a great member signup experience where users enter directly into the WhatsApp or Discord Group.I also loved the feature Ruby AI, which uses AI to summarise WhatsApp conversations. It’s so powerful and valuable way to share content with members. Finally I love that Nas.io is free to use and only charges when you start making money. It really aligns incentives, and the account management team is so supportive to help you onboard and get started. They have worked with some of the biggest communities in the world and really have a lot of expertise to share.

> **Cons**: I think it could add some more spaces for social proof, like customer reviews. But overall I love the simplicity of the product- it really does stand out in a market where lots of tools take time to set up on a time sensitive free trial.

Was happy to be part of the Beta program and to see the app grow. Looking forward to grow my community further and to see more of the new development.
