> **Pros**: Human interface is the best in oases. Not hardcore programming words, which are difficult to understand that what that particular module is meant for.

> **Pros**: OASES has an easy to use interface compared to other similar software. Even for non technical personnel (with non engineering background) it is easy to access and follow. Once you have entered the technical data, the verification method is easy and simple. The reports generation is through and easy to read.

> **Cons**: Only problem I have encountered is with regards to customer service, once there is an entry that needs modification form OASES administrators, it gets bit hectic with communication dependent on time zone difference. The customer support personnel's, i feel are not up to the task or they do not have the required authorization to modify the entries.
