Little to not time is spent on returning emails, voicemails or rescheduling. An email to the support staff has yielded positive changes. An example would be adding the ability to send pictures via the driver chat. This was an item we needed to show a map of our facility. > > Conduit seeks out feedback to improve their product which benefits their customers. It was nerve racking at first to let the Conduit program auto schedule, but I am glad we did. It has worked so well, and delivery drivers really enjoy using it.
