> **Pros**: All in all the integration of our EHR with Rovicare has been easy.   A few hiccups which Rovicare customer support works diligently to correct and support our teams.   We have found Rovicare is to use and have yet to use all functionality available to us, which we plan to do\!

> **Cons**: I think the slowness of the system sometimes is most frustrating for staff.  This is not a consistent issue but does occur.

> Overall experience, is Rovicare allows us to communicate more effectively and efficiently with the other providers,  and to know where our referrals are all anytime during the process.   I like the fact that Rovicare,  emails, faxes and or use of portal of referral makes the process faster for us.
