Property’s can also be misleading and appear better in the listing than in real life. They can take your money and not give it back. > > I was caught in the Global IT outage on July 19th. I live in Colorado and the VRBO we rented was in Atlanta. Due to the flights getting canceled we were unable to fly. We never left the airport in Colorado. United Airlines refund 100% of my money as did Enterprise car rental. VRBO REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Even though we never set foot in Georgia. Had I stayed at a real hotel I would have never had this issue. VRBO stole $700+ and there is nothing I can do to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
