The owners of homes seem more laid back. > > **Cons**: The screenings for repetitive guests who mess things up is almost negligent. ----- ### "Great app for researching vacation locations" — 4.0/5 > **Ann** | *June 6, 2025* | Environmental Services | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: I am able to view all the properties in one area to get ideas for our family vacation. I am able to compare and sort based on what we are looking for at that time. > > **Cons**: Sometimes you have to message the provider prior to signing up for the reservation, they may not have updated their available reservation dates. > > I really like the app. It gives me updates on the properties I have been looking at and if I made a reservation it reminds me. ----- ### "\[sensitive content hidden\] is a host to avoid" — 1.0/5 > **Yvonne** | *October 23, 2025* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: This is a service to contact hosts who vary in quality- it does not provide support. It could be useful if you find a good host. > > **Cons**: Please avoid hosts \[sensitive content hidden\]. They promise they will get back to you and do not respond. They told me to cancel after I asked them why they had not responded knowing that I would not get a refund. Then they stopped answering again. ----- ### "One of the best vacation rental services out there" — 4.0/5 > **Chris** | *April 19, 2025* | Entertainment | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: House rentals that give you the full privacy of no shared living areas. I also enjoy the vast amount of listings. > > **Cons**: Hidden fees that are not disclosed in the upfront cost while searching for rentals. This is a large negative and there’s no reason that this cost shouldn’t be included in the overall price upfront. > > A trusted service that has the backs of both the host and the renter. The available listings are much more upscale than many other vacation rentals and Vrbo seems to keep this a key point of it’s offerings. ----- ### "VRBO is Superb" — 5.0/5 > **Sarah** | *June 23, 2025* | Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: My favorite thing about VRBO is that i know when i use i don't ever have to worry about sharing a place with a host. > > **Cons**: My least favorite thing about VRBO is that it is so SO hard to get in touch with somebody from customer service. > > My overall experiences with VRBO have been amazing, I always enjoy looking at all of the rental properties and haven't really ever just had a "bad" experience. ----- Page: 1 / 6\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ca/software/2071311/vrbo?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ca/software/2071311/vrbo) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
