Then I found this app after deciding to just list as an experiment. It syncs automatic. I do nothing. Got a booking. Then a notification my “project” was picked up. It’s a lifesaver for someone who’s busy or managing more than one property. Automation is the only way to keep your sanity as a business owner. > > **Cons**: The sign-up process feels unnecessarily complicated for both hosts and cleaners. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get verified. It’s almost impossible if someone is undocumented or doesn’t have a valid U.S. ID. They also require a very clear headshot, almost like a passport photo, with no sunglasses and nothing blurry. On top of that, the language barrier can make things harder since my cleaner only speaks Spanish and I only speak English.
