> **Pros**: The ease following up on booked classes, missed classes and booking make up sessions. As well as invoicing - the whole process of it namely from sending to sending reminders to following up and linking payment to booked classes and so on.

> **Cons**: The least likely part was that we had to learn all staff to work with it as for 10 years we had been working with a regular shared excel sheet and it took us some time to get all staff members acquainted with this system.
> 
> It took us a long time to finally decide to get onboard but now we can not be happier and we wished we took the decision a long time ago\! We would advise every new company to start some system like this straight away as it is harder to get onboard when already having many clients before starting to use Classcard.

> **Cons**: The inflexibility in one-to-one booking due to the limited choice in setting work hours ( for example, an employee can’t be set to work two sets of houses, eg from 10am to 1pm and 6pm to 9pm)

> I’ve enjoyed the Classcard experience as an administrator. It’s easy to on-board trials and students and serves as a good tool in the overall client acquisition strategy.

> **Cons**: the scheduling is quite complex, and once you have set the duration of a subject, you can not schedule lessons of a different duration.

> I have been using Classcard for over a year and I am very happy with it. We have automated a few processes that used to be manual, and the notifications and reports really help us to keep track of everything
