> **Pros**: I’m neutral, it’s the system we have in place. It does what we need for the clinical side of the pharmacy

> **Cons**: Is has lots of bugs/errors that happen. Working with support can be frustrating. There is no ACL provide for setting up security groups.

> **Pros**: I really like the accessibility to see and experience all the different Partners Caretend offers and chat with the reps about how they could possibly assist our company.  I liked the format, small meetings and the separation by Provider type for sessions.

> **Cons**: It probably would have been good to download and practice on the Cvent app prior to visiting.  I took a hot min to figure out the challenges and where to go to access the q codes.  I missed the first session trying to figure it out.  Fun idea to create a challenge out of it but little clearer directions would be nice.

> This is the first Careforum I have attended.  We are switching from CPR+ to Caretend in a couple weeks.  Honestly I didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised.  Very reminiscent of NHIA but the topics were tailored by provider type such as Home Infusion so there were few competing sessions overlapping.  I had a lot of fun visiting with partners and making contacts with the hope of finding solutions to our challenges.  The keynote speakers were fantastic.
