> **Pros**: the fact that it has cut our time in half or more to create invoices and get more orders completed which in turn helps generate more income for the company and saves our employees time to take care of other tasks.

> \[sensitive content hidden\] has been amazing to work with getting us off the ground. She is patient and willing to educate us on what we need to know about the system. She has answered ALL of my questions throughout this process and I appreciate her so much\! I know I can rely on her for any issue or concern we may have to get it solved or at least get us an answer even if it is sometimes a no. She doesn't tiptoe around and waste our time.
