> **Pros**: The summary of each meeting is REALLY well done and requires minimal edits resulting in time saved. Integrating the tasks directly into SF is super helpful for the entire team. The service and response rate of all the staff at Vinton is excellent.

> **Cons**: Capturing of the meeting calls with opportunities isn't quite there yet. Would like to be able to select which opportunity record to associate the call with.
