The help desk service is second to none, sometimes responding to requests within minutes. > > **Cons**: The range of bespoke reporting outputs is limited, while we can easily access an all data report and use filters, it would be nice to have an option to create bespoke reports for reports we regularly use. > > Overall the Wilbur system is extremely easy to use, and the Service \& Help Desk teams are incredibly helpful.
