This leaves room for many uses: sharing a photo with a colleague for an opinion, transmitting a prescription to a patient, collaborating with a medical secretary working remotely, etc. It is also possible to create a file where the patient can submit documents to be sent to the healthcare professional.\n\nAs the documents are permanently synchronized, unexpected events at the office leading to loss of data become less anxiety-inducing, the data can be recovered in a few minutes (variable duration depending on the volume) for a rapid resumption of activity.\n\nAll servers are protected by a PRA (Activity Recovery Plan) and copied every 30 minutes to 2 geographically distant sites allowing services to be resumed within 4 hours in the event of physical destruction of the latter (e.g. fire). The servers are also secured by a redundancy policy and copied twice a day, on 2 geographically distant sites and over 14 consecutive days: this approach helps protect our customers from the consequences of ransomware/ransomware by restoring their data to a state saved before the damage.
