> **Pros**: Social Survey makes the process of securing customer surveys quick and seamless.  Their API allowed me to connect the platform to my CRM.  Social Survey has an incredible and supportive team of people always willing to help.

> **Cons**: There aren't any cons that come to mind.  I do believe they can improve their dashboard.

> **Pros**: Being able to see \& post the reviews. I like to see where I rank, but I also feel the rankings are not fully based on reviews and this is odd.

> **Cons**: I was at a really high rating and then it dropped. It wasn't due to bad reviews, and I am actually not sure why it went so low. It dropped like 75 points. Maybe it's because I have to keep allowing access to Facebook or LinkedIn?

> **Cons**: I can't think of anything that I don't like about experience.com. I have had internal review software in the past and I feel like I didn't get the number of responses from clients as I would like. This product makes it easy for the client to review you and it's out there for the public to see.

> I enjoy getting the feedback from recently closed clients. The response rate since using experience.com is much higher than other products used in the past.
