> **Pros**: Shortlisting the best candidates from a bunch of applied candidates using the scoring tags, which makes it easy to pick up the best candidate. 
The list functionality, messages help us to chat and share documents as an attachment.
Onboarding of a candidate makes it easy and simple for the candidate and the hirer.
Scraping of profiles from LinkedIn and Job Boards using the Unnanu plugin is a great add on.
