> **Pros**: Le seul avantage que présente Tool 4 staffing est le premier échange avec la commerciale qui est sympa et à l'écoute. Malheureusement àa ne suit pas du tout derrière

Pour remettre dans le contexte j'ai décidé de créer mon cabinet de recrutement.
Ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes de laisser des commentaires mais la situation me dépasse.

1.5 mois après mon premier échange avec la commerciale (très convaincante humble et à l'écoute) j'ai fait face au pire on boarding qu'il puisse être.
Aucune écoute et retranscription du premier échange eu pour le premier paramétrage.
Mon T4S n'est toujours pas optimal, je dois renvoyer 3 fois la clé Indeed pour qu'au final on me dise que ce n'est pas la bonne, je dois relancer mon interlocuteur pour qu'il réponde.

J'espère que cette mésaventure s'arrêtera rapidement et que je pourrai enfin travailler de manière pleinement efficace.

Très déçu et je ne le recommande à aucune personne qui a le courage de se lancer.
