> **Cons**: The inspection series ease of use, report access, report information, Excel sheets, etc...Why can't I run a client list or full building report, sales tax report, invoice report for all invoices not just paid invoices. It doesn't make sense.

> It has been a bit trying. I don't get answers to my questions in a timely manner. Items we need as a whole industry are met with a "we don't offer that feature at this time and will share feedback" instead of actually taking our feedback and improving the software. I would appreciate someone reaching out to review all the issues we are having and come up with a plan to improve the ease of use for every business that uses inspect point.

> **Cons**: I would like to see more features to the calendar when it comes to series/future due inspections. so they are not on the active calendar where they can be like a side note of building names that are due each month. some customers shop around I hate having idle pending on my calendar that linger
