And I absolutely love the browser extension — plus, your team’s quick support with it is always fantastic. > > **Cons**: I had to think hard to come up with anything I’d like to see improved: The need to manually update contacts — automated updates would be fantastic. Some contacts are outdated or duplicated, and researching individual journalists can be quite time-consuming. Sometimes when editing press releases directly in MediaHQ, the formatting can get distorted — for example, text spacing or symbols may appear incorrectly. And it would be amazing if the platform could show which outlets have published a release.
