> **Cons**: I don’t believe any aspect of this service uses artificial intelligence. If artificial intelligence is truly used the requested once submitted would be instantaneous or at a minimum completed within a hour.

> Waiting 40+ hours for parking lot measurements makes me feel this service is being outsourced to 3rd world labor who manually measures the parking lot themselves using existing imagery then compiles a pdf report. No part of this experience makes me feel artificial intelligence is used. I feel this is a marketing tactic to capitalize on the Artificial intelligence trend.

> **Cons**: Lack of ability when editing and the inability to change a boundary. Inability to change colors or edit when using "measure" and "label". Inability to delete a property feature without clicking on each marking of that feature in the takeoff. I should be able to delete for example "Regular parkng stall count" without clicking on 122 parking spaces. The help feature lacks clarity, lacks customer focus, and makes the customer work around things instead of providing solutions that make it efficient. I want you to meet my needs, not tell me to use it as is and make it work.

> Good but I wish it was great. Lacks flexibility and the help or chat feature is worse than most.
