> **Pros**: Easy to handle and it reduces work für HR and Admin staff. The Selection of Sachbezüge is perfectly balanced.

> **Pros**: sehr simple Handhabung, der Export der Lohndatei an DATEV Lodas usw.

> **Cons**: Angebot war etwas undurchsichtig. War uns nicht bekannt, dass beim Paket für "KMU bis 20 User" die 49€ eine "Servicepauschale" ist. Kommt man über 20 User sind es trotzdem 49€ Servicepauschal aber nochmal zusätzlich pro User paar EUR. Also angenommen wir haben 20 User, dann zahlen wir 49€ Pauschal.
Bei 21 Usern=  49€ Pauschal + 21User x (z.B.) 3€ = 112€. 
Aber: hrmony ist trotzdem bemüht um ein gutes Angebot und war tortzdem günstiger als ein anderer Dienstleister in diesem Bereich.

Und Schade, dass es keine "richtige App" gibt sondern nur die Webanwendung auf dem Homescreen

> super freundlicher Vertrieb, CSM und Kundensupport. Was ich sehr angenehm finde, dass es einen extra Support für die Mitarbeiter gibt und nicht ich mich darum kümmern muss.

> **Pros**: As an Business the relationships with the providers are generally Commercial oriented and the client support is where improvement is needed the most. With Harmony, the emails and meetings professional relationships are different. We feel a lot more the willingness from the stakeholders to do better for their clients and the social aspect is not forgotten.

> **Cons**: As an administrator, I don't have access to any platform so no visibility on the active accounts of our employees. I believe this is where Harmony is currently working on to fulfill the needs of their clients.

> In overall, the experience with Harmony is great. We don't have any recieve feedbacks from our employees using the app.

> **Pros**: Einfach in der Handhabung, tolles Portal für den Admin, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kompetenter Support.

> **Cons**: Das es immer mal wieder Probleme beim hochladen von Rechnungen gibt (Rechnungen würden nicht den Vorgaben entsprechen)

> Netter und kompetenter Support (gerade auch in der Anfangsphase sehr nützlich).
App ist Intuitiv und wird von den Mitarbeiter gut und schnell angenommen. Vereinfacht den administrativen Aufwand deutlich.
