The relationships and service from our account managers and service teams have made this program very successful.

Pros

We are in our sixth year of a partnership with Online Rewards and what I liked most, from the beginning, was OLR's team's ability to listen to our needs and customize the program accordingly.

Cons

As we expanded our programs, it was challenging to keep them separate, then OLR's team was able to provide a solution that makes the different programs very easy to administer.

Pros

What I like the most about Online Rewards is the Gift Card Management, Analytics, Referral Rewards Features and some other functions just to mention a few

Cons

What I don't like the least is that Online Rewards does not offer free trial which is not too good for a business

Pros

Everything about it is good. It gives us the option to earn rewards in the form of cashbacks, dollars etc.

Cons

Sometimes there is an overload of offers which makes the whole process of finding the right one slightly tedious
