It's a great tool for individual sales professionals and managers of sales teams. It's gives me greater insight and more actionable information about my customers and sales force. QUICK, EASY, IMPACTFUL. I wish this tool was available a long time ago.

It's a very functional friendly platform with easy to use data transfer options, making it a seamless tool for recording conference calls, transcription, and accompanying sales tools for gauging sales calls for efficiency and content.

> **Cons**: There's only one issue I've ever seen and that is the transcriptions that aren't 100%. That seems to be coming from accents, slang, and general clarity of call.  But the transcription is very useful for finding the place in the recording that you might want to go back and listen to.

> Overall it is an excellent platform tool for follow up, sales call evaluations, and reminders for those technical or informative conversations.
