> **Pros**: The system is stable, with great real time warehousing functionality and is very easy to use and therefore easy to train new users.  Nitro allows us to create our own dashboards highlighting the most important KPIs, which along with the standard dashboards have helped us improve our operation, increasing accuracy and visibility.

> **Cons**: At implementation stage some of the team found the configuration/configuration decisions a little complicated and time consuming, but once set up, this doesn't need to be repeated.
> 
> The expert team at Indigo guided us through the implementation, go-live and support, we continue to build on that relationship with further sites, new modules and ideas for improvements.

> The effort indigo put in to understand your business and processes, they're not afraid to question our processes and advise alternatives.  The relationship built up with indigo is equally as important as the WMS functionality
