> **Pros**: I like that I can use the app to keep up with my account by looking through transactions history to see what I purchased and didn't. I also use it to see what exact time my direct deposit hits by looking at my transaction history as well.

> **Cons**: I hate that it doesn't notify you when your direct deposit is near I hate that really bad I like to know and not guess
> 
> Overall, it's a great company it just needs to do better as far as letting people know when your money is coming

> **Cons**: The fact that sometimes it takes 2-3 business days to fund employees cards with funding that were sent by ACH payments but with wires, the payments are nearly instantaneous if sent by 4pm m-F

> My experience has been a great one. When I did have an issue I reached out to support and they stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the issue until it was fully resolved.
