Their UX is great and all the headaches of dealing with bank processors was gone in 24hrs. Also, everything easily integrated into our existing e-commerce tech stack.  Their team is awesome to work with\!  Everyone at Finix is young and hungry and excited to be building something better.  All of this, and they also offer maybe the best prices out there\!  Implementing Finix has allowed us to focus on growth and not view payment processing as a liability.

> **Cons**: Due to our marketplace account structure, we had to work with the Finix team on an extensive underwriting process but in the end this put us in a solid place for our compliance compared to other large legacy processors that don't really care so long-term a plus.
