I also liked that it had all the basic features I would need for the business. > > **Cons**: They have raised their costs and I understand the need to do so but for a small business like mine, I wish they had a more affordable option. They do allow you to pause your account as needed. > > Their support is great and I had a good experience. Just know that getting an all-in-one option will mean that each feature may not be able to do as much as if you got it on its own, like email marketing. However, you save so much money getting all of these features in one place instead of paying for all of them separately. ----- ### "Above and beyond" — 5.0/5 > **Meg** | *March 17, 2025* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love how responsive the OT crew is - they are always quick to respond to my service requests, and they take my feedback seriously, whether I'm struggling with a component of the software or suggesting a new feature that would be useful\! > > **Cons**: I found the web and newsletter building interface to be less customizable than other platforms I've used - it takes a little ingenuity to get exactly the layouts and experience that I want for my clients. > > Very positive. The onboarding process was handled efficiently, and the staff were quick to help me rectify the small number of issues we had during that time. The support team continues to be helpful and responsive, and the added benefits of the community forum, many (MANY\!) free business coaching sessions and business/growth-focused webinars have been a huge asset that I don't think any other wellness platform out there offers\! ----- ### "Affordable, great support and many systems combined \!" — 5.0/5 > **Georgie** | *March 23, 2025* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10 > > **Pros**: The platform is simple to use, making it perfect for people just starting out. I was able to use the templates, and once i had more time, go back and refine and personalise my website a little more\! It is very affordable compared to other systems and doesn't have hidden extra charges that can quickly pile up. I was able to have website, payment system, scheduling system and email marketing all in one which negated the need to purchase all of these separately and try to integrate. > > **Cons**: Probably just that the currency is in USD, so have to convert to make it relevant. > > Overall, i would recommend this platform to someone whos just starting out and wanting to have multiple systems all in one\! I also loved how you can link your zoom account and it automatically creates a link. The team at offeringtree have always responded quickly when ive needed email support - even recording simple follow along videos to educate me on what i needed to change to fix my issue\! ----- ### "Excellent resource for complete beginners" — 5.0/5 > **Kesia** | *October 8, 2025* | Sports | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Client Support superb, learning curve, everything that I need. I'm a complete beginner and have managed to set up my website. > > **Cons**: Dashboard freezes when working on Offering Tree for a while so has to be refreshed. But this is no Biggie. > > Excellent for beginners with support team not making me feel stupid with all my stupid questions ... ----- ### "Best business decision ever\!" — 5.0/5 > **Liz** | *February 28, 2025* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The customer service is great and website design is easy. > > **Cons**: I can’t think of anything I don’t like about OfferingTree. > > From day 1 with OfferingTree, I’ve been so pleased. It was incredibly easy for me to set up my website and the people in customer service are so helpful and have always been very quick to respond to any questions I’ve had. OfferingTree creates helpful tutorials and hosts webinars to help you grow your business and make use of all their features. Another bonus is their Facebook Group for OfferingTree users, where you can often get quick answers to your questions and share great ideas with others. OfferingTree is constantly adding new and helpful features based on what their users need. I highly recommend OfferingTree\! ----- Page: 1 / 5\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ca/software/2067940/offeringtree?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ca/software/2067940/offeringtree) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
