> **Pros**: Themis allows us peace of mind to work with clients openly. We find the Themis product very easy to use. We particularly enjoy the reporting features, as it allows us to both keep complete records. The company continues to develop new features, which only improve on its offering.  We are overall very happy with the service that Themis offers and look forward to using the latest features.

> **Cons**: It could be helpful to be able to segment the contacts that you keep in your database (for example, if there are different sectors of the business) - this way it would be easier to find contacts quickly, especially if the service were to be used by companies much larger than ourselves currently.

> Themis's new products seem to be growing in line with the development of our own business, and we look forward to expanding on our current use of the service.  The customer service is always brilliant and we are very happy to be working alongside the team at Themis.

> **Pros**: We are looking to replace some legacy systems whilst implementing a revised risk methodology and transferring responsibility into the client teams whilst retaining quality and management. Themis has allowed us to do this without compromise and when compare to the legacy systems is either commensurate or outperforms its peers.

> **Cons**: As with any new system a change in approach and methodology takes some getting used to. We have provided user feedback as to our experiences and "gripes", which Themis have proactively engaged with understanding these with a view to addressing them.
