> **Pros**: It is inexpensive and effective at the following:&#10;&#10;- Auto Sync Shopify Orders and customers to NetSuite &#10;- Auto Sync NetSuite Item Inventory to Shopify&#10;- Auto Sync NetSuite Item fulfillments to Shopify&#10;- Sync Price from NetSuite to Shopify

> **Cons**: On their Max Unlimited Plan they advertise the ability to List Product from NetSuite to Shopify. This is the main added feature of the higher priced plan.&#10;&#10;Unfortunatley the feature is so buggy and incomprensible that I do not think they should be selling it as a finished feature. Even more concerning they don't seem to have any explanation or understanding of why it doesn't work. In our experience Endless zoom calls and promises of a fix just around the corner amounted to nothing. It doesn't work and they don't know why.&#10;&#10;Most alarmingly the sync has no auditing or process visibility at all. It's black box so it can be updating your catalogue and you don't even know when it is updating or what is updating or what it has updated.&#10;&#10;They also advertise Refunds as a feature which is only semi functional. We ended up disabling the flow because it could not handle various scenarious and just created more manual work cleaning up the mess it created.

> They are friendly and enthusiast but very unprofessional. They make promises they can't keep and have a alarmingly cavalier approach to provisioning. While they sincerly seem to want to help they also really don't seem to understand the limitations of their own software. I can imagine them accidently causing a large amount of commercial damage and I think any larger businesses should avoid them.
