> **Cons**: My experience with Uber Freight was extremely disappointing. At first, their pricing seemed reasonable and competitive, but after the service was completed, unexpected hidden charges were added increasing the final cost by nearly 50% above the original quote.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of transparency and customer support. When I requested proof or documentation for the additional charges they claimed were necessary, they were unwilling or unable to provide clear evidence. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and accountability, especially when unexpected fees are involved.
Overall, I would rate my experience a 0/10. I would not recommend Uber Freight to others, nor would I choose to use their services again in the future.

> **Cons**: Challenging to change shipping times after closing the orders. Sometimes a teammate can click the wrong thing or enter the wrong information and in turn that affects the transportation score.

> Easy to view and use TMS system that at times poses a challenge to fix mistakes.
