> **Pros**: As a book publicist, I'm constantly sending books out to media to promote for reviews and author interviews. Connectship makes it extremely easy to send to new contacts, to quickly searched saved contacts that we frequently send to, and to print mass mailing labels by uploading an excel mailing sheet.

> **Cons**: It can be a little finicky with "addresses not found" and requires some IT support every now and then, but overall is very user-friendly and intuitive.

> I've been a ConnectShip user/administrator/developer since early 2006.  ConnectShip is a great product with outstanding flexibility. We have built an extensive library of custom scripts which allow us to execute many varied business processes. We primarily use the ConnectShip Warehouse product with the toolkit, client (Shipping Application), multiple databases, multiple carriers (UPS, Purolator, DHL and Default LTL).  I would recommend ConnectShip to any medium to large business.

My one negative thing is the support team only works via tickets. If you have a quick question or what should be a quick fix, you still have to open a ticket and wait for a response. The ticket system is a little cumbersome to use.
