> **Pros**: The data science aspect of the platform is the one that's most impressive. The ability to work with highly unstructured documents and provide the best results is what sets this tool apart. The Professional Services Team are also super. They are knowledgeable, support and come with a real problem solving mindset

> **Cons**: One down side we have seen is the lack of Business User configuration in the earlier releases, compared to some other tool in the market, however we understand that each model built is custom built and so we understand why more of the configuration has to be completed by Infinia vs a no code platform
